What is IV Therapy?

Intravenous (IV) Therapy works by using infusion, often referred to as a drip to administer fluids and medicine into the body. IV therapy is the fastest way to deliver medications, vitamins/ nutrients and more into the bloodstream to help with various health conditions and dehydration. IV infusion bypasses the digestive track which means quicker and more observation into the body.  The digestive track has an absorption rate anywhere between 8-40% vs IV absorption of 99.9%.  This allows for maximum absorption leading to optimized recovery time and maintaining vitamin and nutrient levels to improve the body's overall health and well being.

Did you know that 80% of hospital patients are administered an IV to help with dehydration and vitamin/ medication infusion.

Our nurses have real life experience with years of experience as RN’s in hospital settings (overseen by Dr. Roberts). They have the knowledge and experience to administer the IV fluids and monitor the patient during the process.
